Whether you are selling your home directly or using an estate agent, the hardest part is persuading prospective buyers to visit your house.

Despite what we would all like to believe, buying a home is rarely a purely objective exercise. Most people will not even consider visiting a property if it does not look "right" to them. Most estate agents receive no photographic training, they are usually just given a basic camera (or cameraphone!) and are told to "snap away" to build up a selection of photographs.

We offer a range of photographic packages to help you sell your property. These range from a simple frontal photograph to a full portfolio including elevated photographs. You can then use these photographs to either advertise the property yourself or give them to your estate agent to include with the property description.
